Ranging from pastries, to organic produce, to popcorn, the Bethlehem Farmer’s Market features between 10 to 13 local vendors and serves as a bridge between South Side residents and local independent producers. Located at Farrington Square on Lehigh’s campus, the farmer’s market runs from May 5 through Oct. 27 every Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in an effort to bring healthy, affordable and sustainable products to the community.
