Non-student arrested on Lehigh’s campus for drug-related charges

A non-student on Lehigh grounds was arrested and brought into custody by the Lehigh University Police Department at around 3:45 p.m. Thursday, according to an email from Edward Shupp, the chief of LUPD.

The email states the non-student, who was not named, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver. The individual will be taken to Northampton County Prison for commitment.

The Bethlehem Police Department assisted with the arrest.
