According to an email sent by Parking Services, Packer Avenue, Warren Square, Brodhead Avenue and Summit Street will be reduced to one lane with people directing traffic next week. Additionally, the Phillip J. Fahy Memorial Bridge will be reduced to one lane for each direction on Monday and Tuesday of next week.
