The Lehigh University Police Department found a “highly intoxicated” student being helped to the M&M house by two other students on Feb. 10, according to the Lehigh Greeks blog. The intoxicated student was a new member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority.

The chapter took responsibility for Respect for Community I1 (posted rules and regulations) and Respect for Community L1 (failure to report/being in the presence of a violation). The chapter was let off with a warning, which if there are future violations could result in more severe sanctions.
