VIDEO: Broughal Middle School honored by U.S. Department of Education

On Sept. 29 Broughal Middle School was honored by the U.S. Department of Education for its environmentally friendly initiatives. The director of the U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon Schools and the Pennsylvania Secretary of Education were among some of the guests to visit Broughal. The middle school also had a panel featuring educational and environment officials from the Lehigh Valley to talk about improving environmental education and behavior.
