Three suspects were arrested in the fatal shooting of a Whitehall man in South Bethlehem on Tuesday evening, according to a Bethlehem Police Department press release.

The incident took place near a residential area by Saucon Park.

The suspects are 18-year-old Gabriel Ramos of Lehighton, Pennsylvania, and two juveniles. The three suspects were charged as adults and are being held at Northampton County Prison without bail.

Ramos is being charged with criminal homicide, conspiracy, possessing instruments of a crime, unlawful possession of a firearm, robbery and simple Assault. The juvenile suspects are both facing homicide, conspiracy and robbery charges. One of the two is also facing an additional felony charge for criminal use of a communications facility.

The Bethlehem Police Department is continuing to investigate the incident and asks that anyone with additional information, including audio or video recordings, call the tip line at 610-691-6660. Callers may remain anonymous.
