All seven Lehigh football players involved in the November 2015 break-in on a student off-campus house will go to criminal trial, according to public court documents.

Public documents state the trial for Brian Githens, ’16, and Maxwell Frankel, ’19, is scheduled for May 31 at 9 a.m. A trial was also originally scheduled for the same date for Noah Robb, ’16, and Dylan Parsons, ’19, but an application for continuance resulted in the trial being moved to Aug. 1 at 9 a.m.

The trial for Jacob Scott, ’19, Mark Walker, ’19, and Michael Gies, ’19, was originally scheduled for May 2, but an application for continuance moved the trial to Sept. 6 at 9 a.m.

Records state Frankel, Robb, Parsons, Scott, Walker and Gies are facing a charge of felony criminal trespassing. Githens is facing charges of simple assault, criminal mischief and a felony count of burglary.

This comes as an update after the players were scheduled to have their formal arraignments — three players had their arraignment scheduled for March 31 and four had it scheduled for April 14.

Chi Psi, the fraternity Githens and Robb affiliate with, was also placed on probation after a conduct investigation related to the incident.
